Approach
How we work.
Four stages, one rule: every stage has to earn the next. You can stop after any of them and walk away with something you own and can use.
1
Opportunity scan
Days 1–5
Short and structured: a handful of conversations, a look at the systems you run and where the hours actually go. No months-long discovery. It ends with a shortlist — the two or three places AI most plausibly pays in your operation — each sized against the number it should move.
2
Roadmap
Days 5–10
The shortlist becomes a sequence: what to build first and why, what it needs from your team and your systems, where the risks are, and the metric each initiative is accountable to. Specific enough that you could execute it without us. Some clients do. Most don’t want to.
3
Build
Days 10–30
Working software over slideware. The first build is in your hands in two weeks — then tested, hardened, and live in production inside thirty days, integrated with your actual systems. You will never be three months from the last demo.
4
Measure & expand
Day 30 onward
Every build ships with its scoreboard. We read it together: what moved, what didn’t, and what that means. Wins expand. Misses stop. Both outcomes are cheaper than a transformation program. Either way, the system is handed over documented — on call if you want us afterward, unnecessary if you don’t.
One honest caveat: some problems don’t fit thirty days. When that’s true of yours, the roadmap says so plainly — before you’ve committed to anything.
Before any work starts, we define success together — the metric the engagement exists to move, and the baseline it starts from. No baseline, no build. That’s how we decide what to build, and when to stop.
Working with us
What it’s like.
You work with the principal
The person in your first meeting is the person doing the work. Nothing gets handed down a pyramid, and nothing gets lost on the way.
AI-native by design
Strategy and software here are produced by senior experience working directly with frontier AI — the working style your own team will inherit from the engagement.
Plain English
If a recommendation can’t survive translation out of jargon, it isn’t ready. You’ll always know what we’re doing and why.
Your systems stay yours
We build in your accounts, on your infrastructure. Data, credentials, and everything we create stay where you can see them — documented so you are never hostage to us, or to anyone who comes after us.
No vendor allegiance
We resell nothing and take no referral fees. Whichever model or platform serves the problem best — that’s the stack, and it can change when the market does.
Built to be audited
Least-privilege access, hardened defaults, and documentation your IT people can actually read. We treat your environment like production from day one — because it is.
Just as important
What we don’t do.
Pilots designed to be demos
If it isn’t aimed at production from day one, it’s theater. We don’t build science-fair projects.
Tool-first projects
Software chosen before the problem is a cost, not a strategy. The problem picks the tool here, never the other way around.
Transformation programs
Eighteen-month enterprise AI plans mostly transform budgets. We ship something measurable inside a quarter and let the results argue for more.
Black boxes
Every system we deliver comes with documentation your team can run with. Understanding what you own is part of the deliverable.
